Welcome to Apartment Setup Kit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description
Apartment Kit provides curated furniture and home essential bundles with professional delivery and assembly services. Our services include:
- Pre-selected furniture and home essential packages
- Professional delivery to your apartment
- Assembly and setup services
- Customer support throughout the process
Service Area
Our services are currently available in the Phoenix metropolitan area, including Phoenix, Tempe, and Scottsdale, Arizona. We reserve the right to expand or modify our service area at any time.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate delivery information and payment details. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order placement. All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Delivery and Assembly
We will coordinate with you to schedule delivery and assembly within our standard timeframes. You must:
- Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
- Ensure someone is present to receive delivery and grant access
- Provide any necessary building access codes or permissions
- Ensure the delivery path is clear and accessible
If access is denied or the delivery cannot be completed due to factors outside our control, additional fees may apply for rescheduling.
Product Quality and Warranty
We carefully select all products in our bundles for quality and functionality. Each item comes with the manufacturer's warranty. We will replace any items that arrive damaged during shipping at no additional cost.
You must report any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery for replacement consideration.
Cancellation and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery will incur a 15% processing fee.
Once delivery and assembly are complete, returns are only accepted for defective items under manufacturer warranty.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for:
- Damage to property during delivery or assembly not caused by our negligence
- Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of use, profits, or savings
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Treat our delivery and assembly team with respect
- Report any issues promptly and in good faith
- Comply with building rules and regulations
- Ensure pets are secured during delivery and assembly
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Apartment Kit and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without written permission.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting updated Terms on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona.
